We provide funding to micro-cap / small cap publicly traded companies for a variety of reasons to help them grow and achieve their full potential while protecting our capital investments and maximizing the return to our fund.

We pride ourselves in the “we say YES when others say NO” type of mentality when it comes to finding creative ways to provide companies with the funds they need in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost.

Many times our customers are not taken seriously by other larger financial firms, we help “bridge” companies with short-term capital to get them to the next level so that they are then able to utilize more traditional forms of funding
